Though our own love story was celebrated at Healing Manor in July 2018, our journey behind the camera began in 2016. That's when we discovered our passion for documenting love, laughter, and all the unscripted moments in between.

You see, our initials, together, make up a pair of J's - JJ, just like in poker, where a pair of Jacks in your hand is affectionately called 'pocket jacks.' It’s a term that poker aficionados will recognize for its blend of potential and playfulness, qualities we bring into our work. So, when it came to branding our venture into wedding videography, 'Pocket Jacks Films' felt like a natural fit. It's a nod to our personal connection and our love for casual poker nights.
